Cronomonitor

Refund Policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

The short version

If Cronomonitor isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and you'll get all of that payment back. No questions asked.

Try it free first

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with every feature, and no card is needed, so you can make sure it fits before you pay anything.

Refunds within 14 days

You can have a full refund of any payment, whether it's your first payment, a renewal (monthly or yearly) or the charge for moving to a bigger plan, if you ask within 14 days of being charged. Refunding a first payment or a renewal cancels that subscription; refunding a plan-change charge moves you back to the plan you were on.

After 14 days

After that, payments aren't refunded, including for the unused part of a billing period, except where the law requires it. You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your dashboard, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, so you're never charged again after cancelling.

If something went wrong on our side, such as an outage that affected your monitoring, get in touch anyway and we'll put it right.

Changing plans

Moving between Starter and Team, or between monthly and yearly billing, is prorated: the billing page shows exactly what you'll pay, including credit for the unused part of your current plan, before you confirm. Moving to a cheaper plan leaves you with credit towards your next payments rather than a refund.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@cronomonitor.com from the address on your account, or contact Paddle through the link in your receipt email or at paddle.net.

How refunds are paid

Our orders are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, so refunds come from Paddle, to the payment method you paid with, including any tax you were charged. They usually reach you within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase and give you any further rights they describe.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer. See also our Terms of Service.
