By creating an account or using Cronomonitor ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Cronomonitor lets you monitor scheduled jobs via heartbeat pings and publishes an a status page per project, visible to signed-in members of your account. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis; we don't guarantee a specific uptime or response-time SLA.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
New accounts get a 14-day free trial. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who handles payment, tax, and invoicing. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Don't use the Service to monitor endpoints you don't own or have permission to monitor, to send webhook payloads to targets you don't control, or to abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the Service's rate limits or security controls.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from missed alerts, downtime, or data loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
